Registration
All players wishing to participate in the 2008 Spring rugby program will be required to pay a registration fee and complete registration requirements with Maverick Youth and USA Rugby. The registration fee will be $100. The fee includes mandatory USA Rugby Union, Western Rugby Union and Texas Youth Rugby Association fees as well as shorts and socks. The club will provide team jerseys for matches. Football cleats can be worn but the front toe cleat must be removed. Soccer cleats can be used which can be found at any sports store. Rugby boots if desired range from $50 - $100. These and other rugby items can be purchased from on-line rugby suppliers which can be found on the Links page.
The following are the forms required to be filled out by all players and parent/guardians to participate and can either be turned in at practice or faxed to Bill Moser at 972-237-0235.
