If you have not yet CIPPed yourself with USA Rugby, the structure has changed. As of this week, the total initial dues to be paid online to USA Rugby has increased to $55. USA Rugby has started charging the Texas Rugby dues (SBRO) up front. Originally, the team paid this out of your club dues and you would only have to pay $20 to USA Rugby. Now you must pay the $55 up front.

Following the directions on the Registration/Dues page, you will be charged the initial $55. Your remaining club dues are now reduced to $45. $55 + $45 = $100 total dues. You can write a check for $45 to Maverick Rugby or bring cash to one of the team officers (adults). CIPP yourself first.

This does not affect those who have paid their dues already.

The game against Plano on Saturday 2/13/2010 has been changed to start at 11:00 AM in Grand Prairie, due to Plano field conditions and referee availability.

Players, please show up to the field at 10:00 AM.

No practice tonight, Thursday 2/11/2010, the practice fields are closed due to the abundance of snow.

Again, please ensure that you have CIPPed yourself (registered and paid your USA Rugby dues) following the directions on this site. This must be done in order to play Saturday.
