Mavericks Awarded 2nd Place

The Grand Prairie High School Mavericks fought to a 2nd place finish at the 2nd Gateway 7s tournament this summer. Led by the "Carrollton Crew" the boys beat perennial powerhouse Alliance, cohorts Allen and Plano B. Plano A took the whole thing and looks very strong this season.

We still need players, as we had to borrow a few to finish out the tourney, due to injury and such. We need you, the guys that were not there, to help us take first.

Next scheduled tournament is the Lone Star 7s to be held at Lake Highlands Park in Dallas on June 5. You can find a map on our un-updated schedule page. Details later.
