Sat 11/20 Full 7s Tournament at Gateway Park

UPDATED UPDATE!!: Tournament start moved to 8:20AM. Mavs first game at 9AM. Be there at 8AM for captains meeting!

Saturday November 20, Alex McCulloch and Panther City Rugby are hosting the final Tournament of the Fall 7-a-Side Rugby series. Teams from Allen, Plano, Alliance and Jesuit, as well as a girls division will be participating.

The tournament will run from 8:20AM to 1:00PM with a cookout afterward. Be there at 8:00AM dressed and ready to warm up. Don't forget your mouthpiece!

The tournament is free and you will not need to be CIPP'ed, but they are asking for $3 donation for all those hamburgers, dogs and snacks you guys eat after these Gateway functions. Bring your own water. The park will not allow Gatorade or colored drinks into the field area.

There is no entry fee, but we do ask for a $3.00 donation to assist with food costs: break – juice & fruit; lunch – hamburger/hotdog, chips, drink, dessert

There will also be an athletic trainer onsite to attend to injuries. If players want to get taped they need to bring enough tape, or be prepared to pay nominal fee of $2.00 to $5.00 per area.

Panther City Rugby holds a GL insurance policy independent from USA Rugby. This event will be covered under the Club's policy, which covers all coaches and referees involved, so that new players that are not CIPP'd in time can participate.
