Saturday 1/23 Srimmage Schedule is Set

The schedule for tomorrow's scrimmage has been set:

12:00 Plano v Coppell
12:40 Alliance v Mavs/Plano JV/U17
1:20 Mavs/Plano JV/U17 v Coppell
2:00 Plano v Alliance
2:40 Alliance v Coppell
3:20 Mavs Barbarians* v Plano

* Barbarians = Mavericks plus Alliance, Coppell and Plano JV/U17

We will combine with Plano to make a full team.

Maverick HS Ruggers should show up at the home pitch at 11:00AM. We will help Mr. Kurylas and others to set up the field.

Don't forget a mouthpiece! You can get them for a dollar, but you have to boil them to mold.

Remember to bring some friends. This scrimmage will be the best chance for new players to try out the game. There will be plenty of coaching and opportunities to play. We have a great core of young men, but we need more athletes to increase our numbers. With more players our team will become better. So bring out friends, brothers, cousins, nephews or even very tough sisters.
